You'll receive an invoice at the start of each month. Payment can be made by credit card or e-transfer. I use Wave for invoicing - you'll get a clean, professional invoice directly to your inbox.
Anything that doesn't require building new functionality - updating your hours, swapping a photo, changing prices, adding a team member, editing text. Each plan includes a set number of hours per month for these kinds of changes. Bigger requests like new pages or features use development hours.
Absolutely. If your needs change, just let me know and I'll adjust your plan from the next billing cycle. No penalties, no hassle.
You can add extra hours as a one-off or add the Extra Developer Hours add-on to your monthly plan. I'll always let you know before going over your included hours so there are no surprise charges.
